Team Code of Conduct

The CryptoVillages team are dedicated to providing a play-to-earn platform that is both fair to all players and minimizes the effects the staff may have on the health of the economy. When developing CryptoVillages there is an inherent financial incentive for the team to do so; and that is a motivating factor for undertaking a project as ambitious as CryptoVillages. However, every individual within our team has committed to the longevity of the game and it is our priority is to protect the early investors and all players of CryptoVillages. With that in mind, we offer no apologies for those who suffer loses trying to swing-trade our token, and will do everything within our power to prevent this from occurring.
TRADERS BEWARE
The CVT token exists solely for interacting with the CryptoVillages game. We consider swing-trading akin to thievery, and will do everything in our power to prevent this from occurring. For more information, see Asset Protection.

OUR PLEDGE

We pledge to be transparent and honest in our undertakings within CryptoVillages, and mitigate our influence on both the internal economy and CVT token. Specifically, no member of the team is permitted to:
  1. 1.
Receive any building or in-game item by any means other than available to the general community.
  2. 2.
Obtain early building #s. Once the smart contract is operational, the teams pre-purchased buildings will be generated last, to allow the earliest investors access to the most lucrative mint numbers.
  3. 3.
Buy/sell any buildings or in-game items on the marketplace. The marketplace is an entirely community-driven aspect of the game, and the team must collect and hold their items independent of trading with others.
  4. 4.
Offer any individualized advice, whether marketplace, financial or otherwise. The team are not able to assist in anything to do with these matters.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

The team deserve to be able to operate in an environment free from harassment (verbal, sexual, racial, etc.) or threats of violence. Furthermore, it is expected that the devs and mods are treated with basic respect at all times when interacting with players. Specifically, no member of the community is permitted to:
  1. 1.
Harass or otherwise belittle any member of the team at any time.
  2. 2.
Publicly release any private information that they have not chosen to release themselves
  3. 3.
Threaten to cause physical harm, or incite violence against any member of the team
  4. 4.
Any action that makes a team member feel unsafe, harassed or vilified.
CryptoVillages has a zero tolerance to any behaviours that cause fear, or threaten the well-being of our staff, and will take any and all actions necessary to protect the team.
