Stakeholder Buildings

Stakeholder buildings are non-playable assets that generate passive income without ever having to play the game itself. These assets are limited, only available prior to the full-game release, and the buildings themselves require zero upkeep/interaction to generate income.

Players who own stakeholder buildings will have access to a dedicated Discord role that confers a number of advantages not available to non-holders. If you own a stakeholder building and do not have this role, please open a ticket within our Discord server to speak to one of our friendly team!

STAKEHOLDER COLLECTIONS

The stakeholder buildings are divided into two equally-sized collections: the Genesis Collection; and the Gladiator Collection. The Genesis Collection was the initial stakeholder building release, and has since sold out. The Gladiator Collection was released recently, and is currently available in the buildings section of the CryptoVillages website. For more information, see below:

PASSIVE INCOME SOURCES

Stakeholder building owners receive income in the form of CVT (native token), as well as BNB and BUSD. These various income sources are independent of each other, allowing investors to receive passive income without affecting the CryptoVillages game itself. This is generated through three independent revenue streams, as described below:

4% of all PvP Battle Pass sales (as BUSD) are distributed to stakeholder building holders

THE MARKETPLACE AND CVT RETURNS

CVT token reward system is designed to scale proportionately with increasing in-game activity (as seen in the diagram below). This allows for income generation in a balanced manner. All marketplace trades incur a 5% transaction fee, which is distributed evenly all stakeholders (across both collections)
STAKEHOLDERS MATTER
The contributions of stakeholder building owners are paramount to the early success of CryptoVillages, and we will ensure that the final system rewards marketplace shareholders appropriately. We will be undertaking a complete audit of the predicted ROI closer to launch (during the initial beta). If the ROI changes significantly from our initial estimates, we will adjust the economy accordingly to promote marketplace trading and that prices are conducive of receiving.

ESTIMATED STAKEHOLDER ROI

One common question we've received, has been "how long after launch will it be until a stakeholder building breaks even?". We have spent a great deal of time running through various post-launch scenarios, and the fact of the matter is, there are too many variables for us to give a definitive answer on this. While we make no guarantees about how quickly stakeholder building will reach ROI, we are confident that holders will receive significant passive income over a prolonged time period.

We are really excited about the passive income feature of CryptoVillages, however it comes with a significant investment and it is important for customers to understand the risks. The income generated from stakeholder buildings is directly linked to in-game marketplace trading volume, secondary marketplace volume and overall interest in PvP, which may be influenced by a number of factors outside of our control. Please take the time to understand how these buildings provide financial returns before making any purchase, as we cannot process refunds after the transaction has occurred. We strongly encourage all potential CryptoVillages investors to consider their financial situation and whether or not stakeholder buildings are suitable for them.
